Актуальность темы заключается в нормативном введении требований об оценке риска во многие сферы деятельности, связанные с опасностью или неопределенностью результата. Цель работы — оценка экологических ущербов и экологических рисков в случае аварии на магистральных и технологических нефтепроводах. Задача — оценка возможности применения современных нормативных экологических требований совместно с принятыми в настоящее время методами оценки экологических рисков нефтегазовых компаний. В ходе решения поставленной задачи была разработана методика оценки экологических рисков для систем экологического менеджмента нефтегазовых компаний.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article is devoted to questions of environmental risk assessment. The subject relevance consists in normative introduction of risk assessment requirements for many activity fields connected with danger or result uncertainty. The purpose of the article is ecological damages assessment and environmental risks in case of accident on main and technological oil pipelines. A task of the study is an application possibility consideration of regulatory ecological requirements together with the environmental risks valuation methods accepted now by the oil and gas companies.
