Abstract

This paper presents a method for selection of the composition of reagents used for micellar-polymer technology for oil recovery enhancement through measuring the dimensions of its associates in aqueous solutions by using the laser analyzer. The paper demonstrates this method performance capability on the example of optimization of the mixture of two surfactants - IOS15-18 and IOS24-28. In addition, the possibility was defined of import substitution of the low molecular weight composition IOS15-18 for the nonionic surfactants produced in Russia, and the higher technological advantages of the reagent developed for the micellar-polymer flooding method were demonstrated.
