In 2017 we celebrate another anniversary of our journal - 20 years from the date of its first issue, which took place in difficult times for Russia and the Russian science the 90s of the last century. The journal was created by scientists and employees, enthusiasts of the country's leading oil universities, who dreamed of their scientific and technical periodical.
