Abstract
The proposed paper is a continuation and further development of the geological school of «Glavtiumengeologii » which is using today’s new bases of molecular geology of oil and gas, including regional researches, the influence of cosmic events, search and evaluation of resources, drilling of leading production wells and processing of hydrocarbon raw materials. The main aim of this is not just transfer of accumulated knowledges. Moreover, one of the aims is upbringing of ideology unconventional innovative technologies search via use of the fundamental laws of quantum physics and chemistry for description of discrete geological processes. Their testing on the scientific and industrial landfills in the drilled, idle, mothballed and abandoned wells will involves education of top managers, managers, engineers and other specialists for the development of nontraditional methods of work in the oil and gas production.

Abstract
For the first time a detailed analysis of the equilibrium-non-equilibrium state of ground waters of hydrocarbon occurrences in Arctic areas of the West Siberian megabasin based on physico-chemical modeling of equilibria in the «water-rock» revealed hydrogeochemical and thermodynamic conditions for the formation of authigenic minerals. For the first time equilibrated compositions of groundwaters and parameters of geochemical environment were identified, being a prerequisite for the mineral neoformations.

Abstract
The problems of collectors at the stage of calculating the reserves in operating incline directional wells, penetrated on clay, polymer-clay solution, polymer washing liquid with hydrochloric-calcium foundation were considered. The electrical resistivity of the solution and the washing liquid from 0.1 to 1 O·mm. According to geophysical methods, establishing of the criteria for the allocation of the collectors requires coring. The main methods for the isolation of collectors are lateral, microlaterolog survey and caliper measurement. The techniques of the gas-saturated collectors porosity coefficient determination were considered.

Abstract
The influence of geological and technological factors on the coefficient of light absorption of the produced oil on the example of the Tula and Tournaisian layers Ersubaykinskogo multilayer deposits of the Republic of Tatarstanwas researched. It was found that the light absorption coefficient of oil depends not only on its density, but also the hypsometric position Capacitive-filtration properties and clayness collectors, accumulated production. The research of the dependence has allowed us to reveal patterns of oil displacement of clastic and carbonate collectors, both in their separate and joint dual completion.

Abstract
The research is devoted to a discussion of the impact of fracture parameters in the curves of changes in pressure and flow rate of the injected fluids during hydrodynamic studies by established pumping regimes in the injection well with a crack fracturing. Modeling was performed at various parameters of the layer and technogenic fracture. Researched variety of deviation cases from the researched technology, in particular, untimely transition from one mode to another, a violation of the mode sequences and etc.

The article describes the methods of applying of protective coatings to the rotor of downhole drilling motors. The analysis of the effectiveness of methods of applying of protective coatingswas carried out. The article shows that the transition to gas-thermal spraying method with laser melting allows to achieve high technical and technological results in comparison with other methods.

Abstract
In modern conditions the complexity of conducting the repair work of wells has been steadily increasing. This is due to a significant deterioration of mining and geological conditions of oilfields - decrease of reservoir pressure, deterioration of reservoir properties of productive formations, the infiltration of the formation water, and others. Also, there are still relevant problems associated with conducting the works on wells in terrigenous reservoirs with heterogonous permeability containing clay minerals. In such conditions on the first place arises the question of preservation of reservoir properties of formations during the repair works. This problem can be solved with the use of modern highly effective blocking compositions with condensable solid phase.

Abstract
The article examines the aspects of building the geological model of oilfield, it suggests a number of methods of distribution of geometric and porosity-permeability properties of reservoir formations on the basis of geophysical and hydrodynamic studies of data. In this article also is described the mathematical model of oilfield, which characterizes the unsteady filtration of two-component (water+oil) medium. This model is linked to the model of transport hydraulic system (THS) and allows to specify the interaction of technical hydrosystem and formation hydrosystem in the conditions of changing of porosity-permeability properties of multihorizont field and technical characteristics of the elements of aboveground system.

Abstract
One of the perspective area of research is the development of oil fields with hard extracting reserves as the deposits of over viscous oil (OVO). For the research on the development of production technology of OVO, which provides a high potential of oil displacement, the method of assessing the impact of exposure to temperature and solvent on the component composition of the OVO was developed. The research results indicate the prospects of the development of OVO extraction technology, providing the combined effect of temperature and solvent.

Abstract
The efficiency of different physical and chemical technologies used in various areas and Romashkinskoye New-Elkhovskoye oil fields was researched. The result was a conclusion that at high water-cut objects, restriction of movement of water in highly permeable leached zones of a productive layer is one of the main conditions for increasing the efficiency of not only flooding, but also the use of physical and chemical methods based on improving of oil extraction factor.

The dependencies are obtained of the coefficient of water saturation as a function of time and coordinates at in-plane radial displacement of oil by water. It is shown, how the water saturation is changing in the process of oilfield development in the hydrodynamic unrelated interlayers (Kazemi model) with different filtration properties, including in case of violation of the law of Darcy.

The method of reducing the number of ingredients in the composition of the solution was proposed. Cost reduction for preparation of drilling fluid was analyzed, improved conditions for the control and management of its parameters. The 12 most effective polymers were recommended to be implemented..The simplicity of the algorithm above process is not particularly difficult. Based on this, special software might be created for using in design institutes and educational institutions.

Abstract
The paper presents an analysis of oil wells construction at oil fields of Eastern Siberia. The petrophysical formation cross-section affecting the quality of oil wells construction is characterized. In addition, drilling and casing experience under those mining and geological conditions demonstrates that, as of today, there are no readily available technologies that would afford safe and efficient construction of oil wells in that region. The analysis of the oil wells construction gives grounds to demonstrate indispensability of a comprehensive approach to solving the problems of construction and operation of oil wells at oil fields of the Talakangroup of deposits.

Abstract
The article presents the results of experimental studies of the surface properties of gas-thermal spray coatings of the rotor downhole drilling motors. Was analyzed the adhesion and corrosion resistance of coatings, obtained as a result of putting various powders on steel of various grades. It was established experimentally that the substrate material of the examined steels has almost no effect on the adhesion of the coating.

Abstract
The effect on the process of oxidation of the oil tar of initiating additive - ethyl benzene was studied. It is shown, that ethyl - benzene provides being oxidized petroleum product with additional active centers free radicals. This speeds up the oxidation process, and has a positive effect on the properties of the finish product bitumen.

Abstract
Negative influence of the increased density of motor fuels on ecological and on operational characteristics of motor transport is proved. The complex of the technological solutions, aimed to decrease the density of the fuels, which are used, including a change of a ratio of capacities of oil processing, temperature range of boiling of gasoline and diesel fractions, introduction of additives into fuels and addition of butanes to gasolines is offered.

Abstract
The algorithms and mathematical models for the automatic detection and changing of settings of dead zones and time exposure of microprocessor systems for operating the drive of device for voltage regulation in power transformers under load (RPN) are developed. A model of the voltage regulator with blocks for automatically changing the stabilized voltage level at the center of power supply and settings of dead zones and exposure time is developed. The graphs of automatic change of settings of under load regulation according to specified algorithms in function of time.

Abstract
In this work the hypothesis about the possibility of mechanochemical dissociation of water, subjected to mechanical stress, is experimentally confirmed. In the work the checkout and comparison of data, obtained from the kinetic characteristics of cluster formation in double-distilled water and manifestations of the water structure in the mechanical fields, are carried out. With this purpose in the work studies to determine the concentration of radicals are conducted.
