GEOLOGY, PROSPECTING AND EXPLORATION OF OIL AND GAS FIELDS

7-13 684
Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of identifying deposits in Western Siberia completely undersaturated with oil. At a primary test of such reservoirs from their roofing part joint inflows of oil with water are always received. The analysis of research results shows that the determination of the deposit area depends on a large extent on the reliability of the installed fluid contacts in the section of each well. We give examples of discrepancies between well testing interpretation and well test results. There are also examples of the groundlessness of the separation of a single geological body into several counting objects. The size of the shift of oil-water contact is determined by the action of capillary forces.

Abstract

The development of the global oil industry is closely related to the exploration of new oil and gas fields through the drilling new deep and ultra-deep wells, as well as the application of modern methods of hydrocarbon production. Usage of new methods of production, increasing the depth of the wells, bottomhole temperatures and pressures sets strict requirements and restrictions for the applied plugging materials. Oil well cements must have a long time of thickening to successfully complete the cementing process, grouting stone must have high strength characteristics, heat-resistant properties at high temperatures and provide reliable isolation of the annulus, also have corrosion resistance, ensure durability of the well lining.

Abstract

The Vankor oil field is in the third stage of the development. Well stock mostly includes horizontal and directional wells. Analysis of the field development showed that actual development rate is much higher than planned. Energy potential of the field is drained out due to formation pressure decline and water flooding. New technologies for restoring well productivity, such as acid treatment and hydraulic fracturing should be introduced to maintain planned development rate. Drilling multilateral wells should be used as main enhanced oil recovery technique.

Abstract

A mixture of methane, sulfur and «mantle» metals, which is contained in deep fluids and acting as the natural catalytic system, represents an initial material for the formation of abiogenic oil. This mixture, owing to polymerization transformations of methane, is converted to various hydrocarbons, organosulfur and metal components of oils. Involvement of the methane, having a strong greenhouse effect, sulfur and metals, which are negatively influence a biota, into oil formation prevents penetration of these substances into the atmosphere and soil. This promotes formation a favorable ecological situation.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to obtain reliable values of bottomhole pressure calculation method in oil wells of PJSC «Tatneft» due to technical difficulties emerged when performing deep measurements of producing wells at the Romashkino oil field.

We have performed calculations of bottomhole pressure in wells according to Hasan — Kabir method and the RD 153-39.0-920-15 method. The comparison of the obtained values revealed that the average relative error of Hasan — Kabir method is 5,33 % (not more than 10 %), in contrast to the RD method.

Also, we have created the model of the process control system of oil production in the program MATLAB/Simulink. This program includes the algorithm of regulation the liquid rate. In modeling the control system, a transient process is observed, in which the value of the liquid rate increases and stabilizes. Thus, the application of Hasan — Kabir method in the proposed process control system of oil production is possible in all wells at the Romashkino oil field.

Abstract

The article is devoted to the mathematical foundations of creating a conceptual optimal mathematical model of the business process for developing estimate documentation for the construction and reconstruction of oil and gas facilities. Existing scientific and practical work on the subject of mathematical regulation of business processes is only a descriptive nature of business process management and cannot solve the set research problems of improving the performance of design and cost accounting. Issues such as the presentation of the project development process for the construction in the form of a complex system, and its study in a more detailed form are touched upon. Business process management is presented in the form of applying a systems approach, mathematical regulation and improvement of the strategy of functioning and presentation of the business process under study in the form of an optimization model consisting of separate interconnected process units. Also, the model describes the main points of its optimization and recommendations for improving the model. The resulting concepts and model should satisfy the current state of the process being studied the cost of building oil and gas facilities, taking into account the uncertainties of the future.

Abstract
The designs of rod pumps, produced by domestic factories, have a significant repair resource. It allows us to make repeatedly a deep overhaul of the plunger pair with usage of advanced technologies. This technologies include mechanical treatment of deep holes (cylinder rod pump L = 3 m or more); thermochemical treatment of the cylinder in shaft furnaces in a carbon dioxide environment; hot spraying with wear-resistant powder grade PRNH16SRZ. Application of the above-mentioned advanced technologies during overhaul of rod pump allows optimizing the costs of its repair, increasing the service life and getting the pump after overhaul with the same technical parameters, and even higher, when compared with new designs.

Abstract

The article deals with the results of experimental studies of the load of the cutting structure of rolling cutter bit depending on the errors of its manufacture. The results of field studies of bits indicate a significant decrease in the resistance of the supports of the rollers, the elements of the cutting structure and sinking on the bit with an increase in the height of the rollers. One of the reasons for reducing the resistance of supports and cutting structure in this case is the uneven distribution of the axial load in the sections. We have tested a batch of bits to establish quantitative regularities between the accuracy of bit production and the load of the cutting structure. The difference in height of chosen bits is varied from 0,34 to 1,28 mm. We have carried out the tests on a special stand, which allowed us to determine the value of the axial force acting on the individual crowns of each cutter bit. It is established that with an unfavorable combination of the mutual position of the rollers, even within the tolerance of the difference in height, the axial load acting on one roller can change almost twice. The results of studies allow investigating the appointment of indicators of accuracy of bit production more reasonable.

Abstract

The growth of energy consumption entails an increase in the production of hydrocarbons, the number of fields, which are involved in this process, and the territory of license areas. Overall, environmental impact may be increased. Northern territories of our country are more exposed to anthropogenic impact from the oil and gas facilities because of huge oil and gas reserves availability. Therefore, the strategic developments for the greening of production on the basis of the concept of sustainable exploitation of these territories are very important. Suggested concept involves a balanced activity that provides high economic efficiency and environmental safety, aimed at reducing adverse anthropogenic consequences.

The assessment of the impact of oil and gas facilities on the environment was carried out in the territory of the West Chatylkinsky field of Krasnoselkupsky district of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. The results obtained allowed assessing the degree of impact of cluster sites and communication corridors of the objects of the land and property complex of the oil field and developing recommendations to reduce adverse anthropogenic consequences in order to protect the environment and ensure the greening of land use.
