Abstract
It is shown that the evolutionary-catagenetic model for calculating the initial potential hydrocarbon resources can serve as a scientific basis for the separate quantitative prediction of areas of oil-and-gas content. In this case retrospectively evaluated are the scales of generation and accumulation of hydrocarbons in the source rocks during catagenetic evolution of sedimentary basin. The authors propose a method, the results of evaluation of generation and accumulation scales and initial potential oil and gas resources for major oil-and-gas bearing complexes of Dzhebol stage.

Abstract
To create the operable equipment for simultaneous-separate operation of wells by electrical centrifugal pumping units (“SSO-ECP”) the experience gained by domestic and foreign specialists in this equipment designing, manufacturing and introduction was studied. It is offered to experimentally apply the assembly of SSO-ECP -A unit in wells being in operation for development of multihorizon fields with the purpose to increase these horizons oil recovery factor and current flow rates of wells. It is shown that for perspective development of SSO-ECP it is necessary to speed up the designing process and to arrange the commercial production of automated well systems of flow rate control and water encroachment of layers separated in the borehole, well chokes, and to prepare the industry «Methodical recommendations for designing the SSO technologies in multihorizon oil fields of Russia».

Abstract
The information model of turbodrilling using the telemetry system based on the accounting of the sound energy characteristics was developed and studied. The sources of the information signal and noise were identified. A target function of turbodrilling control - minimization of the process sound amplitude - was obtained. The information model was made a basis for development of the simulation model of turbodrilling control by the sound energy characteristics

Abstract
The authors provide a method for compensation of the reactive power inside a well. In the environment Matlab/ Simylink a model was developed of the site of the electrical centrifugal pump unit power supply from the transformer substation. A comparison is made of the proposed method of downhole reactive power compensation with the existing method.

Abstract
This article object of study is a bottomhole zone of exploration wells or repaired wells with positive values of skin-factor. The skin-factor is usually determined at processing of data of hydrodynamic studies of wells under unsteady-state conditions by measuring the pressure build-up or pressure draw-down curves. To improve the skin-factor and wells productivity various methods of production stimulation are applied. At the skin-factors values from 0 to +3 it is recommended to stimulate the bottomhole zone by vibrowave methods using jet pumps, and at skin-factor values from +3 to +5 to perform the formation hydraulic fracturing.

Abstract
During development of gas and gas condensate fields in the conditions of abnormally low reservoir pressures the basic complications result from generation of hydrate blocks and sand and water leakage in the borehole. To prevent the water encroachment of the well bottomhole zone and abrasive wear of the equipment it is necessary to realize certain preventive measures for removing the water and sand from a well and also conducting repair jobs for isolation of water inflow and strengthening of the bottomhole formation zone.

Abstract
The review and analysis of the formula suggested in scientific technical literature for calculation of the compression ratio of gas stream passing through a diaphragm in the critical flow mode were conducted. The basic assumptions were formulated which lead to its incorrect determination and directly introduce the error in the calculation of the medium flow rate. The analytical solution id is suggested for obtaining a reliable value of the compression ratio of gas stream passing through a diaphragm in the critical flow mode. A practical approval of the obtained analytical solution is presented

Abstract
In the article the results of the study of surfactant adsorption layers structure on the solid body surface are shown. The atomic-force microscope was used to investigate the adsorption layers structure. Based on the research results the dependence of the adsorption layers structure on the active agent concentration in the solution was determined.

Abstract
A problem of construction of pipeline crossings through different obstacles using directional drilling technology is considered. Based on the results of the study of pipeline crossings construction the basic requirements towards the drilling technology, the used drilling tool, drilling muds and the wastes disposal are analyzed.

Abstract
In this paper the author considers the Bazhenian deposits with reserves estimated of 3 billion tons. The results of pilot development of these deposits show that the productivity of wells is reduced. The author analyzes the most probable causes of the decline in oil production. Taking into account the geological features of the object in question the author offered a more efficient method.

Abstract
Two dynamic models of the manometric tubular spring are presented, based on which two ways of calculating the parameters of the oscillation damping were obtained. The dependences of the first frequency and the damping factor on the curvature and wall thinness parameter are shown.

Abstract
Of the corrosion inhibitors currently used of greatest interest are imidazoline derivatives due to their high efficiency and processability. It is shown that the composition based on nitrogen containing organic compounds such as alkylimidazolines, isotrate, nonionic surfactants and solvent exhibits a high inhibiting properties in the reservoir water containing hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide. However, mineralized reservoir water with a low content of hydrogen sulfide or in its entire absence possesses a high degree of aggressiveness. The studies have shown that the compound obtained is ineffective as a corrosion inhibitor in this environment.

Abstract
A method is presented which permitted to rationally arrange the operation of gas pumping aggregates realizing their loading for transported gas in such a way that the aggregates be not overloaded in capacity and no conditions are created for the equipment wear intensification and emergency situations occurrence. As a results of such rationalization the effectiveness of the installed gas transport system facilities use is increased with a simultaneous growth of gas supply reliability and extension of gas transport systems operation life.

Abstract
The methods and results of analytical and experimental studies of the load distribution in the equipment elements and between the cone drill bit bearings are considered. It was defined that the results of studies are often have a contradictory character which is explained by the high complexity of processes occurred at interaction of the cone bit with the bottom-hole.

The article considers the issues related with the industrial safety in the process of oil wells operation in the zone of permafrost rocks by removing the gas hydrate and asphaltene-resinousparaffin sediments. Taking into consideration the available experience of such sediments removal some optimal methods of oil wells repair are suggested which prevent the occurrence of gas showings and open oil gushers and fires.

Abstract
To substantiate the detection and identification of hazards on vertical steel tanks, in tank farms and oil depots the authors collected and presented the statistical data on the quantity of emergences and incidents on the tanks. Based on the statistics used to identify the hazards, a step by step characterization of risk parameters and mapping of hazards identification and risk assessment were made. Based on the analysis of the hazards identification map some actions for mitigation of the accidents risk on vertical steel tanks were identified and proposed.
